This role is ideal for proven car sales professionals who thrive in both internet and retail sales environments and are ready to maximize their earning potential. Key Responsibilities

• Handle internet, phone, and showroom leads
• Guide customers through vehicle selection and test drives
• Present pricing, features, and value propositions clearly
• Close vehicle sales and introduce F&I products
• Maintain follow-up through CRM for repeat and referral business
• Stay up to date on Toyota models, incentives, and competitor vehicles
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of automotive dealership sales experience (required)
• Proven ability to close deals and hit sales targets
• Experience with internet sales, BDC, or digital retailing preferred
• CRM experience required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
