Location: Carlsbad, CA Job Type: Full-time Salary: $50,000 - $80,000 per year (Hourly base + commission + bonuses) Work Setting: In-person About the Position Farmers Insurance - District 11 is hiring a full-time Insurance Apprentice to support an established agency in Carlsbad, CA. This position offers hands- on experience in insurance sales and client service while working alongside licensed professionals in a fully operational agency environment. As an Insurance Apprentice, you will assist in providing insurance quotes, servicing accounts, and supporting client communication, while developing the skills necessary for a career in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing insurance quotes and reviewing policy options with clients
• Contact prospective and current clients via phone, email, and in person
• Provide high-quality customer service and follow up on inquiries
• Maintain accurate client records and support agency operations
• Work toward meeting individual and agency performance goals

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience preferred
• Property & Casualty insurance license (or willingness to obtain) required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
• Comfortable using computer systems and CRM software
