The Role We have active, producing setters already in the field. We're looking for a competent solar closer who will:

• Knock with setters and help train them in the field
• Run the appointments they set
• Close in-home deals
• Help tighten pitch & qualify better by example What You 'll Be Doing
• Running pre-set solar appointments
• Knocking doors with setters when needed
• Coaching setters live (pitch, objections, qualifying)
