• Commission Based -Weekly draw against commission (potential of making $200k+/yr.)

• Successfully run camera's down drains and main lines.
• Follow step-by-step process Nexstar training provided by the company.
• Providing professional quality options for repair and replacement of plumbing.
• Within 24 hours completing the job, following-up with the customer to ask, "how it's going?" and making sure the customer is satisfied with the outcome. How will success be measured:
• Conversion goal of 50%.
• Job costing (building an estimate).
• 20% gross margin.
• Providing 5 star customer service.

Requirements

:

• Plumber Experience/knowledge is a must!
• licensed Plumber is a plus!
• Detailed oriented.
• Flexible schedule
• Customer Service skills.
