Fayette Heating & Air, a leader in HVAC services throughout Central Kentucky, is growing fast--and we're hiring Retail HVAC Sales Associates / Lead Generators to join our team! In this role, you'll represent Fayette Heating & Air inside Home Depot stores and at special events across Lexington, helping customers learn about our top-quality HVAC maintenance, repair, and replacement services. Your mission is simple: engage shoppers, start meaningful conversations, and generate service appointments for our team. What You 'll Do

• Greet and engage with Home Depot customers to discuss their home comfort needs.
• Generate qualified leads for HVAC tune-ups, repairs, and system replacements.
• Educate customers on product offerings, promotions, and financing options.
• Walk the store floor to maximize customer interactions and visibility.
• Meet and exceed lead-generation and performance goals.
• Represent Fayette Heating & Air with professionalism and enthusiasm. What We 're Looking For
• Sales-driven, goal-oriented personality with a positive attitude.
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing and comfortable initiating conversations with new people.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
• Some sales or retail experience preferred (but not required).
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays. What We Offer
• Competitive hourly pay $16.00-$20.00 per hour , plus performance-based commissions and bonuses.

Compensation

Highlights

• $10 per lead set for an equipment upgrade appointment.
• $100 for each complete HVAC system, furnace, or AC sold.
• $10 for first preventive maintenance plan sold; $5 for each additional system.
• 10% of sales revenue from Air Scrubbers.
• 10% of sales revenue from duct cleanings.
