We're looking for a driven and outgoing individual to help us grow by setting quality sales appointments and providing an exceptional first impression to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, respond to internet leads, and proactively call existing customers.
• Set high-quality sales appointments that result in store visits and conversions.
• Make a minimum of 80 outbound/inbound calls daily to engage customers and follow up.
• Accurately enter customer interactions and detailed notes into our CRM.
• Assist with department tasks and special projects as assigned by the BDC Director.
• Meet and exceed individual performance goals and team benchmarks.
• Provide timely daily updates and performance reports to the BDC Director. What We 're Looking For:

Compensation

The right candidate will be compensated a set weekly amount PLUS commission. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
