Dental Design Smile is seeking a driven and personable Medical Sales Representative to join our growing medical supplies division. This role focuses on selling medical and surgical supplies, including implants and clinical materials , directly to clinics throughout Florida. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being on the road, building relationships, and closing deals in the medical space. Position Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday to Friday Languages Required: Fluent in English and Spanish Territory: You will be traveling to clinics across Florida. An office workspace is available at Dental Design Smile (Miami). What You 'll Do

• Visit medical and dental clinics to present and sell implants and medical supplies
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with doctors and office managers
• Identify new business opportunities and open new accounts
• Provide product information, pricing, and follow-up support
• Manage your sales pipeline and client visits
• Represent the company in a professional, friendly, and reliable way What We 're Looking For
• Experience in sales (medical, dental, pharma, or B2B preferred)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Confident, friendly, and professional personality
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Must have a car and be willing to travel within Florida
• Bilingual English & Spanish

Compensation

This role offers a strong earning potential:

• Base salary: $2,000 - $2,500 per month
• Commission: Paid on all sales
• Total monthly earnings: $4,000 - $6,000+ based on performance High performers can earn significantly more.
