Key Responsibilities

of the Verizon Sales Management Assistant

• Engage directly with customers and process new Verizon FiOS enrollments by validating customer information, service availability, and compliance with telecom standards, effectively demonstrating to the sales teams the correct example.
• Support management and sales operations by coordinating provisioning timelines, tracking equipment shipments, and communicating activation updates to residents.
• Lead the enrollment workflow by ensuring Verizon home internet accounts are set up accurately and meet all compliance and documentation standards.
• Provide residentfocused technical consultations that outline Verizon services performance for entertainment, productivity, and smarthome use.
• Review and validate service agreements to ensure promotional accuracy, eligibility confirmation, and complete account details.
• Address onboarding challenges by resolving service concerns, correcting administrative issues, and collaborating with leadership for timely resolutions.

Minimum Qualifications

of the Verizon Sales Management Assistant

• High school diploma or GED preferred; Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is an asset but not required.
• Experience in administrative support, customer service, or professional sales where meticulous attention to detail and process management were essential.
