Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct on-site estimates for painting and related projects
• Perform walkthroughs with homeowners to assess project needs
• Generate and present detailed quotes using company software
• Guide homeowners through the sales process and close jobs on-site
• Conduct follow-ups to maintain a 50%+ closing rate
• Assist in lead generation when not estimating
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless hand-off to production

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or estimating (preferably within trades or painting)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented and accurate in estimating
• Willingness to engage in cold calling and door-to-door outreach
• Familiarity with quoting tools and CRM software
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Eagerness to learn and grow through ongoing sales training

Compensation

• Commission on all closed projects (8% revenue for sold jobs and additional 6% on self generated leads)
