We're looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our growing team. Responsibilities

:

• Greet and guide customers through the vehicle buying process with professionalism and care.
• Build rapport and lasting relationships with customers.
• Stay up to date on Volkswagen products, features, and promotions.
• Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features clearly and enthusiastically.
• Follow up with potential and existing customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed individual and dealership sales goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom and vehicle lot. What We're Looking For:
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required - we provide training!
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
