Overview

: We are looking for a friendly and energetic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for customer service, enjoys helping people, and can communicate effectively to provide an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and restock merchandise
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately
• Provide product knowledge and answer customer inquiries
• Upsell products to increase sales revenue
• Handle customer questions and resolve issues promptly Experience & Skills:
• Retail or sales experience preferred
• Basic math skills for transactions
• Bilingual (English & Chinese) preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets Employment & Schedule:
• Full-time, non-exempt (overtime according to law)
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Employees will receive legally required meal and rest breaks Salary &
