Prior automotive selling experience is preferred, but we will provide the hands-on training to make the right candidate successful. Professionalism and outstanding customer skills are a must. Job

Responsibilities

:

• Meet and greet customer in the showroom and perform a needs assessment to ensure full understanding of customer goals.
• Conduct daily business development work plan activities to generate valuable customer leads.
• Follow-up with leads and existing customers at defined intervals to build rapport and solidify relationship.
• Learn and retain vehicle product knowledge. Achieve a level of comfort in presenting vehicle features and benefits. Brand training will be provided.
• Guide customers through their vehicle purchase journey, including vehicle selection, test drive, completion of price quote and administrative preparation for delivery.
• Create life-long customer loyalty by delivering an exceptional experience. Job

• Must enjoy interacting with people in a professional environment.
• Should be highly motivated to create long-term customer relationships.
• Possess the ability to strategically achieve sales goals, staying self-motivated and driven.
• Exhibit organizational skills to track paperwork and follow a clearly-defined sales process.

Qualifications

• Automotive sales experience is preferred, but will train the right person.
• Bilingual ability is a plus
• Outstanding communication skills
• Valid and clean driver's license

Pay Range

: $50,000-$125,000. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, commission, etc. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
