In this role, you will play a pivotal role in our success by attending spine surgery cases, building and maintaining doctor/client relationships, and managing inventory. Key Responsibilities

:

• Develop and execute a territory growth plan under the guidance of the Territory Sales Manager.
• Identify, target, and convert new accounts while expanding product adoption within existing accounts.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with surgeons, pain management physicians, and clinical staff through consistent communication, education, and follow-up.
• Organize and support Visiting Educational Training (VET) sessions and in-service programs to drive clinical confidence in NANISX solutions.
• Partner with the Business Development Executive to deepen practice engagement and identify expansion opportunities.
• Provide reliable case coverage, ensuring professional representation in the operating room and positive surgeon experiences.
• Accurately manage CRM updates, sales reports, and territory tracking to ensure data integrity and pipeline visibility.

Qualifications

:

• 2 years previous medical device sales experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent certification.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel within your territory. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
