We're hiring a Customer Service Sales Associate with shift lead experience or higher. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves creating 5-star customer experiences. What You Will Do

:

• Deliver outstanding customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Become a Foodie Fit product expert and share your knowledge with customers.
• Manage accounts and assist customers with accuracy and care.
• Ensure smooth transactions and complete opening/closing routines.
• Keep the store organized, stocked, and customer-ready.

Minimum Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be 18 or older.
• Customer service experience required; sales experience strongly preferred.
• Previous food service or retail experience is a plus.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable with basic computer skills (Microsoft Office a plus).
