Full description of the position

Part-Time Solar Canvasser (W2) - Los Angeles US Power Solar is hiring part-time Solar Canvassers to help connect homeowners with solar consultations. This is a W2 position with guaranteed hourly pay plus commission --ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy working outdoors and talking with people.

Compensation

• $20/hour base pay
• $100 per qualified appointment set
• $250 bonus when your appointment results in a sale
• Paid training provided
• This is not a commission-only role

Responsibilities

• Canvass residential neighborhoods and speak with homeowners
• Introduce homeowners to solar energy and cost-saving opportunities
• Schedule qualified appointments for our solar consultants
• Accurately record lead information and follow company guidelines

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face
• Reliable transportation and smartphone required
• Ability to work outdoors and follow a set schedule
• No prior solar or sales experience required (training provided) Schedule
• Monday -Friday: 1:30 PM - 6:30 PM
