Position: Appointment Setter (Resolution) Location: Irvine, CA Details: Fulltime- In Office Position Pay: $19-$20.00/ Hour

Responsibilities

: A competent Appointment Setter is organized and efficient in their work. Their primary goal is to generate new business opportunities by booking appointments with potential clients. Specific duties include:

• Familiarize themselves with the products and services offered by the company
• Research potential clients and generate leads
• Contact potential clients via cold calling, email.
• Qualify prospects based on their needs
• Schedule appointments between qualified prospects and sales team
• Maintain accurate records of all communications with potential clients along with maintaining a high level of Customer Service.

Requirements

:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate services or products to prospects.
• Advanced negotiation skills to persuade potential clients to schedule an appointment
• Persistence and resilience to deal with rejection.
• Excellent outbound calling skills, with the ability to engage potential clients and generate interest in our products/services.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills to deal with various types of personalities.
• Professionalism and courteousness to create a positive customer experience.
• Computer literacy for research and data entry
• Report directly to our Sales Director, EASILY COACHABLE AND TRAINABLE.

Compensation

:
