We proudly distribute the Mitsubishi and Bryant brands of HVAC equipment, as well as a full line of HVAC residential and commercial parts, supplies, and accessories. We have locations throughout New England, New York, and New Jersey. About this Role: As a Counter Sales Associate, you'll play an important role in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty by Understanding Customer HVAC Needs, Providing Expert Recommendations, Solutions , and Resolving Issues with a positive attitude and drive!

Responsibilities

of a Counter Sales Associate:

• Drive Sales Growth by selling Heating, Ventilation, and Air conditioning equipment (HVAC), supplies to customers
• Connect with Customers: Engage with customers on the sales floor or via phone to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions
• Be a Product Expert: Discuss product features and benefits, and demonstrate merchandise to help customers make informed decisions
• Find Solutions: Research product availability, advise on substitutions or modifications, and provide pricing information
• Prepare, Fill, and Quote Orders
• Collaborate with the Team , Work with our counter lead and warehouse staff to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

of a Counter Sales Associate:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to learn new software quickly and accurately.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra.
• High School Diploma or GED required
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Any lifting from 50-75 would require assistance from another employee.
