Full description of the position

Position: BDC Representative As a BDC Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and all inbound/outbound phone calls. We are looking for a self- motivated team member to help us maintain strong customer relationships and generate appointments for our sales team.

Responsibilities

:

  • Handling all warm internet leads through CRM - no cold calls
  • Conducting inbound and outbound phone calls
  • Setting, confirming, and following up with customer appointments
  • Responding to inquiries in a well professional manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to leads
  • Keep records of customer interactions
  • Contact customers via phone call, text, and email
Requirements

:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Previous experience as a BDC rep. highly preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service, call center or sales preferred
  • Proficiency in using CRM software
  • Self-motivated and goal oriented
  • Outgoing personality with excellent verbal communication
