What You 'll Do As an Internet Sales Specialist , you'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers. You'll respond to leads, assist with online sales, and help guide buyers toward their dream rides--all while ensuring an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to internet leads, emails, calls, and text inquiries
• Use approved templates and scripts to deliver a consistent and professional response
• Schedule and confirm appointments for sales and service teams
• Maintain accurate notes and communication in the CRM system
• Stay informed on product inventory, specs, and promotions
• Help create and execute follow-up campaigns and outreach strategies
• Partner with sales managers and team members to exceed performance goals What We 're Looking For
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence connecting with customers and building rapport
• Proactive multitasker with strong organization skills
• Experience with CRM or dealership software (preferred, not required)
• Passion for powersports and enthusiasm to learn about our products
• Goal-driven attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
