Sales Assistant Our growing company is searching for a Sales Assistant who can offer reliable support to the Sales team and help improve efficiency as sales volume increases. The sales assistant will be responsible for maintaining regular contact with customers and ensuring that orders processing are completed.

Duties

: - High volume Phone and email orders. Input, update, and maintain sales orders in ERP system. - Assist outside sales team with sales orders(no cold calls needed) - Respond to customer inquiries regarding the order information - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery - Maintain account receivable and collect payments Skills: - Good communication skills, and feel comfortable to take phone calls - Knowledge of Microsoft Office - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Bilingual Mandarin preferred but not required If you are a motivated individual with a passion for sales and technology, we would love to hear from you.
