Responsibilities

:

• Present a friendly and accommodating atmosphere, helping our customers determine their needs and facilitate their requests efficiently and accurately.
• Present a professional appearance.
• Interact daily with customers via phone, e-mail and in person.
• Enter and process customer orders.
• Contact vendors to obtain pricing and lead times for products.
• Determine customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Present and explain products to customers in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
• Provide estimates.
• Plan and prioritize work to ensure commitments and deadlines are met.
• Stock product, and set up displays.
• All other duties as assigned, including working at other locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic construction knowledge.
• Fundamental computer skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Experience quoting doors and windows.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Must understand the urgency and importance of following up. We offer hourly pay plus commission. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
