Lamacchia Realty seeks a Transaction Coordinator to join our fast paced team! Our Transaction Coordinators play a crucial role in managing the administrative and communication processes that take place during a transaction. This position ensures that all deadlines are met, documents are accurate, and that clients and agents receive exceptional service throughout the buying and/or selling process.

Responsibilities

include, but are not limited to:

• Seller Transaction Coordination from time of sign-up to closing
• Buyer Transaction Coordination from the time of accepted contract to closing
• Following state and local guidelines, including various MLSs rules and regulations.
• Following Company Policy and Procedures Document ComplianceJob

Qualifications

:

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with vendors and colleagues
• Organizational proficiency to maintain precise records
• Effective time management skills for prioritizing and completing a diverse range of tasks daily
• Patience and attentive listening skills
• Work well in a fast-paced environment
• Have strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft operating system and Microsoft Office products
• Proficient with Adobe
• Ability to learn new technology quickly
• Some travel is required
• Must have 1+ Years of Real Estate Experience
• Salesforce knowledge is a plus Physical
