Adelphia Seafood, a regional seafood distributor with over 75 years of industry experience, is seeking a full-time Inside Sales Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast- paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is eager to learn the seafood sales industry from the inside out. We're looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused individual who can contribute to our sales and marketing efforts while delivering exceptional service to our wholesale clients. What You 'll Do

• Prospect and generate leads for new B2B sales opportunities in the wholesale seafood market
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to maximize retention and upsell potential
• Collaborate with the sales team to expand regional sales performance
• Ensure a high level of customer service and follow-through What We 're Looking For
• Proven track record in customer service or inside sales (2+ years preferred)
• Strong ability to generate leads and follow through on meetings and opportunities
• Energetic, professional, and goal-driven with excellent communication skills
• Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic sales environment
• Highly organized and tech-savvy (CRM experience is a plus)
• Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus
• Food industry sales experience is a plus
• Must be able to work some weekends
