About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients and sales team. You will be responsible for servicing existing insurance policies while ensuring every client receives high-quality, timely, and professional support.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and process insurance quotes
• Handle policy changes and endorsements
• Complete evidence of insurance (EOI) requests
• Collect premium payments from customers
• Respond to cancellation requests
• Support the sales team with service-related needs
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting client relationships

Requirements

• Active Personal Lines License (required)
• Previous experience in insurance customer service
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Client-focused mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a proactive, team-oriented environment
