As an Internet Enrollment Trainee , you will be immersed in the fundamentals of sales, customer engagement, and Frontier's industry-leading products. The Internet Enrollment Trainee will be responsible for:

• Interact directly with customers in a sales capacity, applying learned techniques to enroll them in Frontier's services.
• Learn and execute the full sales cycle, from initial approach to finalizing the enrollment process.
• Develop and demonstrate proficiency in presenting and selling a suite of residential telecom products.
• Assist customers in selecting the best plans and services to fit their specific household needs.
• Participate in daily training sessions to refine your sales pitch and product knowledge.
• Shadow top performers to learn proven strategies for success.
• Accurately process enrollments and ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.
