Kia of Irvine has a current vacancy for a driven internet sales consultant to join the family. We are family owned with many dealerships and constantly growing to this dynamic marketplace. Our core values are to train, support, and promote from within. We have an immediate opening for an internet sales consultant in a fast paced high volume environment. What your daily duties entail (but not limited to);

• Following up with leads with fast response times through the CRM via phone calls, text, and email. as well as using the mobile app effectively
• Maintain strong CSI
• Being able to convert you leads to sales
• Driven to learn the product, which you will be trained on, with the new and preowned auto inventory (features, functions, and benefits)
• You must have excellent computer and communication skills
• Up beat attitude
• Customer service oriented
• Team player
• Willing and ready to learn and grow in a new career where the sky is the limit.
• Ethical approach as well as a professional appearance (first impression is key!)

Qualifications

: High school diploma is a must. A BA is desired. Previous one year + experience with CRM preferably in the automotive industry. Open to learning the software. Enjoy working with cars/SUVs as well as all kinds of customers/personalities Clean driving record/current license. Bilingual is a plus.
