Responsibilities

• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
• Help the Branch's processes remain as efficient as possible
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives
• Perform quality controls and monitor Branch operations
• Recruit, train and supervise staff
• Find ways to increase quality of customer service

Requirements

• Proven work experience as Branch manager or similar role
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and Branch management
• Excellent communication skills
• Leadership ability
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Experience with staffing agencies
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a must!
• Sales Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
