Job Summary

: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology.

Duties

: - Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies - Generate leads and build a pipeline of potential clients - Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our technology solutions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process - Meet or exceed sales targets on a consistent basis - Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, products, and competitors

Qualifications

: - Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology sales or related field - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable - Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Demonstrated track record of business development and outside sales success We offer competitive compensation packages including base salary plus commission, as well as comprehensive benefits packages.
