Sales Representative - Corrugated Packaging

Position Summary

Arvco Container Corporation is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Sales Representative to manage and grow our Northern Michigan customer base. This role is responsible for developing new business, maintaining strong customer relationships, and delivering corrugated packaging solutions that meet our customers' operational and cost needs. The ideal candidate will live within the assigned territory and be comfortable working independently while partnering closely with internal teams. This role is not just about sales; it's about becoming a key advocate for Northern Michigan businesses and being part of a company that offers professional development and industry involvement. The ideal candidate will represent Arvco at trade shows, participate in manufacturers' associations, and engage in networking that strengthens our industry presence. We provide comprehensive lead generation, sales management support, and a full suite of marketing tools to ensure success. We equip our team with everything needed to excel. Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years previous sales experience required; packaging, corrugated, manufacturing sales experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to build relationships and close sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a large geographic territory
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly within the territory
• Must reside in Northern Michigan What We Offer
