Elements of Restoration is seeking an energetic, motivated Sales Representative who can sell anything. This is a part-time outside sales role focused on generating new business and building strong relationships within a competitive industry. The ideal candidate is confident, professional, and comfortable working independently. Experience in property management and/or water restoration is a plus but not required. Candidates must be comfortable presenting services, providing estimates, and engaging decision-makers face-to-face. What You 'll Do

• Prospect and generate new B2B business
• Sell carpet cleaning and water restoration services to property managers
• Present services, answer objections, and close deals
• Provide basic estimates
• Track leads and follow up consistently What We Require
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience
• Outside sales or B2B experience preferred
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Confidence with cold calls and in-person selling
• Organized and able to manage your own pipeline
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Pay & Schedule
• $35/hour + bonus per property acquired
