We serve several patients annually and partner with clinics, concierge physicians, and specialty providers to improve access to care. We're growing fast--and we're seeking driven, self-motivated medical sales representatives to help expand our presence.

Position Summary

: As a Medical Sales Representative (1099), you will generate leads, set up and attend appointments, close new accounts, and build long-term relationships with healthcare providers. You'll be compensated per signed account and receive a commission on all ongoing revenue from accounts you bring in.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Prospect and engage new healthcare clients (clinics, concierge physicians, wellness centers, etc.)
• Set up and attend meetings to present Filos Health's lab and phlebotomy services
• Follow up with prospects and close new accounts
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Represent Filos Health professionally and communicate our value clearly
• Track mileage, meetings, and revenue associated with your efforts

Compensation

:

• Revenue Share: Ongoing percentage of revenue from clients you bring in Ideal Candidate:
• Experience in sales (preferably healthcare, diagnostics, or B2B services)
• Self-starter who can manage time and appointments independently
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Familiarity with DFW and ability to travel locally for appointments
• Reliable transportation and ability to track mileage Perks:
