Experiential OC is a sales and business development firm working to bring accessible telecommunications solutions to individuals within the local community. We believe strong leaders are developed through hands-on experience, and our team is looking for an Entry Level Business Management trainee to learn the business from the sales floor to the boardroom. This role is interactive and Entry Level Business Management trainees engage directly with customers to educate them on telecommunications options, generate new accounts, and support sales operations. Responsibilities

:

• Execute frontline outreach responsibilities by engaging customers and generating enrollments in-person for local telecommunications programs.
• Develop a strong foundation as a high-performing sales representative by consistently enrolling qualified individuals to appropriate wireless solutions.
• Progress into leadership development by supporting the onboarding of new hires, including reinforcing sales messaging and customer engagement techniques.
• Participate in Entry Level Business Management meetings to communicate goals, confirm best practices, and collaborate in a sales-focused environment.
• Gain exposure to the operational side of campaign management, including territory planning and sales tracking.
• Support the talent acquisition process, evaluating candidates and identifying individuals that align with client and company expectations. Entry Level Business Management Trainee Qualities:
• Ability to communicate clearly during sales conversations with customers.
• Ability to coordinate with client representatives and other Entry Level Business Management trainees.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking sales performance.
• Ability to balance personal sales production with training responsibilities.
• Willingness to work weekends or evenings as the campaign demands.
• Proven history of leadership in sports, clubs, or previous employment.
• Ability to pivot strategies quickly based on local market trends. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,200.00 per month Work Location: In person
