What You 'll Do

• Work with clients in residential sales and leasing , helping them buy, sell, rent, and list properties.
• Conduct showings, listing appointments, and rental tours.
• Create new business through lead generation tools, marketing, and follow-up systems.
• Prepare and negotiate offers, lease agreements, and sales contracts.
• Stay informed on local market trends to guide clients confidently.

Qualifications

:

• Valid Massachusetts Real Estate License
• Minimum of 1year of real estate experience
• Proficiency in GSuite and strong technical aptitude
• Flexible schedule
