Position

Overview

: We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Marketing and Sales to lead our marketing team and drive revenue growth across all service lines. This dual-role position requires a visionary leader who can oversee the execution of high-impact marketing strategies while also taking full ownership of sales performance and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

: Marketing Leadership

• Lead and mentor the marketing team to deliver high-quality, on-brand campaigns and client deliverables.
• Oversee the development and execution of a strategic marketing campaign for Total Solutions that supports brand awareness, lead generation, and client retention.
• Ensure timely delivery of marketing assets and campaigns for both internal initiatives and client engagements.
• Collaborate with service line leaders to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Monitor and report on marketing KPIs, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal performance. Sales Ownership
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets across all service lines: Marketing, Accounting, HR, and Payroll.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, including proposal development and contract negotiation.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and accurate forecasting.
• Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to foster trust and long-term engagement.

Qualifications

:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in marketing and sales leadership roles.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communicator.
• Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a passion for client success.
