We are looking for a full-time assistant to help in our sales department. Potential to become a sales. We are a distributor of variety of cables located in Chino Hills, CA. Looking for detail oriented and self motivated person. Job

Responsibilities

for Sales Assistant:

• Process sales orders received from the customers
• Resolve any sales order related issues
• Handle orders, complaints, and other inquiries
• Respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence
• Answer telephone calls and assist customers
• Maintain customer database Job

Responsibilities

for Sales:

• Reach out to sales leads through cold calling
• Actively seek out new customers every day
• Respond to prospective customers' inquiries and requests
• Handle orders, complaints, and any other inquiries
• Learn and demonstrate/explain Comtop's products to your clients
• Provide outstanding customer service via phone and/or email
• Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales
• Provide valuable sales feedback to your manager Job

Requirements

:

• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Able to work well in a team
• Must be able to use a computer, internet, MS Office, Excel, etc.
