• Uncapped commission What does a day as a Sales Specialist look like?
• Guide every guest through the sales process.
• Connect, greet, and build rapport through understanding guests needs and buying motivation.
• Track all guests and make sure all prospects are logged into our CRM system and maintain effective follow-up techniques to complete the sale.
• Promote demo rides, maintenance plans and other value-added incentives to a prospective buyer.
• Actively participate in daily sales meetings, training, and coaching.

Qualifications

:

• Customer service experience
• Valid motorcycle license.
• Passion for H-D motorcycles! Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
