We are currently seeking a Recruiter (Sales Role) to join our Human Resources Agency & IT (HRAIT) department. This is a fully remote position, and we welcome candidates with or without experience in the recruitment industry. The role is primarily remote; however, on-site visits may be required if a client requests an in-person meeting. Only applicants residing in New York or New Jersey are eligible to apply. [

Responsibilities

] Sales activities aimed at acquiring new clients Maintaining and improving relationships with existing clients (including job needs assessments, job posting creation, and consulting to ensure successful hires) Conducting interviews with job seekers Performing research tasks Creating and uploading job postings Supporting candidates throughout their job search and employment process Data entry tasks Reporting progress towards budget goals in weekly/monthly reports [Ideal Candidate Profile] The recruiter position is a sales role that requires commitment to achieving monthly individual financial targets. Our recruiters handle both client and candidate sides, resulting in frequent communication between recruiters within the company. We are looking for someone who can balance individual targets with teamwork. As a small and developing company, there may be some areas for improvement. We value candidates who are proactive in utilizing their expertise to help the company grow. Speed is critical in recruitment activities. This role is better suited for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Since our internal meetings, emails, and documents are conducted in Japanese, a business-level proficiency in Japanese is required. The language usage ratio is approximately Japanese: English = 7:3.
