We are seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Agent to join our team. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and selling insurance policies to clients. This is a great opportunity for individuals with strong sales skills and a passion for helping others. Earn over $50,000 1st Year OTE (Base Pay + Commissions/Bonuses)

Requirements

& Experience:

• Basic Insurance License Required - Limited Lines
• Bilingual (English + Spanish) - Required!
• Property & Casualty - Preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance sales
• Previous experience as an Insurance Agent or in a similar sales role
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, including auto, home, life, and commercial insurance
• Proficient in using insurance software systems for policy management and claims processing
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients and establish long-term relationships
• Experience in telemarketing or outside sales

• Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs
• Analyze clients' current coverage and provide recommendations for additional coverage or policy changes
• Educate clients on different insurance options and help them make informed decisions
• Process insurance applications, endorsements, and claims accurately and efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
