Sales Associate - Exterior Remodeling Flexible Hours, Commission-Based CR3 American Exteriors is looking for a motivated, outgoing Sales Associate to join our growing team! If you enjoy meeting new people, love the idea of helping homeowners improve their properties, and want a flexible, self-driven schedule, this could be the role for you. What You 'll Do:

• Generate and follow up with leads for exterior remodeling projects (roofing, siding, etc.)
• Meet with homeowners in our service area, discuss project needs, inspect exteriors, and provide quotes
• Manage your own schedule--work as much or as little as you want!
• Guide clients through the sales process all the way to project completion
• Build relationships in the community and represent CR3 with pride What We 're Looking For:
• Previous sales experience is a plus, especially in home improvement or related fields
• Self-motivated, positive attitude, and great with people
• Reliable transportation for in-person consultations
