Job Summary

We are urgently hiring a dynamic and customer-focused Booking Consultant to join our team in a fast-paced retail environment. The Booking Consultant will be responsible for managing reservations, assisting customers with product demos, upselling services, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Duties

• Manage customer bookings and reservations efficiently using POS systems.
• Provide product demonstrations to educate customers about available services and merchandise.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to retail sales, merchandising, stocking, and product features.
• Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities.
• Handle cashiering duties including cash handling, processing transactions accurately, and balancing registers.
• Maintain excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients and potential customers.
• Support merchandising efforts by organizing displays and ensuring shelves are stocked appropriately.
• Supervise or assist in supervising team members when needed, contributing to a collaborative work environment.
• Ensure compliance with store policies and maintain high standards of customer service throughout all interactions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles; supervisory experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and basic retail math calculations.
• Strong communication skills, including professional phone etiquette and bilingual abilities preferred.
• Experience with product demos, upselling techniques, and merchandising strategies.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Knowledge of grocery store operations or familiarity with retail environments is advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Basic math skills necessary for handling transactions and inventory management.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
