Specific

Duties

: 1. Provide quotations to customers and track quotes weekly. 2. Uses customer document access software and hardware, specifically EPIC, EXOSTAR, OASIS, DIBBS, etc. 3. Responds to customer inquiries on order status. Contacts customers when requested by A/R for follow-up on payment issues 4. Updates weekly bookings list. Provide President with Daily Summary as requested. 5. Performs a contract review upon receipt of all new purchase orders or change orders. 6. Provides customers with RMA"s (return material authorizations) for customers for products returns. 7. Generates new reports using File Express, Excel, or other tools, as needed, and provides same to President for review 8. Develop and updates office procedures as required. 9. Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers. 10. Identifies and locates new clients. 11. Develops and implements strategies for sales. 12. Applies knowledge of the products to match needs of customers. 13. Answers inquiries from customers. 14. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

: 1. U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required. 2. BA degree or equivalent with 2-4 years minimum similar work experience, preferred. 3. Good Organizational skills. 4. Good English (verbal and written) communication skills. 5. Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
