• Base Pay
• Commission pay: $100K plus
• Performance Bonuses: $10K to $20K Location: San Francisco, CA Schedule:
• Full-Time
• Monday through Friday
• 8hr shift
• Weekends as needed

Requirements

:

• 2+yrs sales experience
• 2-5 years of experience in the field
• Very driven! Must be a go getter that has a drive to lead!!!
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Knowledge of local HVAC codes and best practices
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
• Physically capable of performing job duties

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
• Sell new systems, upgrades, and IAQ solutions
• Deliver exceptional customer service and educate homeowners on options
• Provide accurate estimates and process digital payments
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and safety equipment
