Position Summary

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in overseeing daily retail operations. This is a hands-on supervisory role that combines leadership with active participation in store operations. The Assistant Store Manager directs team members, delegates assignments, and performs essential tasks to ensure an efficient, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process, merchandise, and sell donated and retail goods
• Assist with hiring, training, coaching, and supervising store staff
• Maintain excellent customer service and positive customer relationships
• Ensure timely, accurate completion and submission of required paperwork
• Support daily store operations and operational standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent related experience
• Preferred: Minimum six months of retail experience, including customer service, merchandising, and cash register transactions
• Ability to pass alcohol and drug screening
