Overview

: We are currently seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people, is eager to learn, and is motivated to develop a long-term career in sales. The successful candidate will support brand initiatives, assist customers, and help execute direct sales efforts in a retail setting.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Provide professional, face-to-face customer service and resolve customer concerns within a retail setting
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and clients
• Learn and maintain up-to-date product knowledge
• Meet or exceed weekly performance goals

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and apply new skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) is preferred but not required
