The Role An established building technologies firm is seeking a Sales Engineer to join its Rocky Mountain sales team. This role focuses on building long-term B2B relationships while supporting complex HVAC and building automation projects from a consultative and technical perspective. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing consultative support on building control and HVAC systems to engineers, contractors, and building owners
• Estimating control system hardware and installation costs based on drawings, specifications, and contract documents
• Collaborating closely with internal engineers and technicians to ensure successful project execution
• Delivering industry presentations and seminars to educate and influence the consulting, contracting, and building engineering community
• Working with customers to define scope and pricing for multi-year service agreements, system upgrades, tenant improvements, and training initiatives What You 'll Bring
• Proven track of sales experience in the HVAC/Mechanical systems industry
• Engineering undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
