Paul Masse Buick GMC South is looking for an experienced Preowned Sales Manager to join our team! The Preowned Sales Managers are responsible for controlling costs, building a loyal clientele, maintaining good employee relations, proactively working with the BDC to drive business, setting and obtaining sales objectives. The successful candidate is a hands-on professional with good closing skills, good character, and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

:

• Knowledge on pricing used vehicles
• Knowledge on appraising used vehicles, trade in vehicles, and out right purchases
• Ability to work well with third party wholesalers and used car auctions
• Knowledge of Reynolds Desking
• Proven track record of high volume, gross, and CSI
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to display humility through all situations in the workplace
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
• Must consent to and pass a drug/background screen
• Experience with BDC team engagement We provide:
