Job Description

: The Essence of the Role Boffi | DePadova is not just a showroom; it is an international benchmark for Italian excellence in kitchen, bath, and furniture systems. We are seeking a Design Associate who is part sophisticated salesperson, part technical designer, and entirely brand-focused. You will be the face of our San Francisco studio, translating the Boffi aesthetic into bespoke solutions for the city's most discerning architects, designers, and homeowners.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Revenue Generation & Relationship Management: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Bay Area Architecture & Design (A&D) community.
• Technical Specification: Lead the design process for complex kitchen, bath, wardrobe, and wall systems. You aren't just selling products; you are specifying integrated architectural solutions.
• The Client Journey: Provide "white-glove" service from the first consultation through to final installation. Prepare precise technical drawings, cost estimates, and project proposals.
• Showroom Stewardship: Maintain the visual integrity of the San Francisco showroom. Ensure the environment reflects our global standards of minimalism and luxury.
• Project Oversight: Manage the "behind-the-scenes" of luxury sales--processing complex orders, coordinating with Italian production teams, and ensuring seamless logistics.

Qualifications

:

• The Luxury Pedigree: 3-5+ years of experience in high-end residential design or luxury showroom sales, specifically within the European import market.
• Technical Fluency: You must have a deep understanding of kitchen and bath mechanics. The ability to read architectural plans and translate them into Boffi specifications is essential.
• The SF Network: An established rapport with San Francisco's interior designers and architects is highly preferred.
• Software Savvy: Proficiency in AutoCAD (or similar design software) and MS Office is required to produce the technical documentation our clients expect.
• Operational Precision: Exceptional attention to detail. In the world of Boffi, a 1mm error is significant. You must be organized, methodical, and calm under the pressure of project deadlines. Schedule & Environment:
