Inside Sales Representative - SolarAmerica Fully remote | Warm Leads Provided | High Commission Opportunity Full-Time | $150,000 - $300,000 per year (commission-based)

Job Summary

We're looking for ambitious, coachable, and results-driven Inside Sales Representatives to join our in-office team. If you're a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-reward environment, this is your opportunity to earn $150K -$300K+ annually. What We Offer

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations with interested homeowners
• Manage a pipeline of pre-set appointments
• Close deals and consistently meet/exceed sales targets
• Follow up with leads and guide them through the decision-making process
• Collaborate with your team and leadership to improve performance

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of inside sales , phone sales , or consultative selling experience
• Strong closing skills and a persuasive communication style
• Highly motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Experience in solar or home improvement sales is a plus (not required)

Compensation

• Commission-based role
• $150,000 - $300,000+ per year (based on performance)
