Responsibilities

of an Account Representative

• Manage individual client accounts on behalf of our nationally-recognized partners
• Create brand awareness through face-to-face interactions in the community
• Work one-on-one with customers to build trust, relationships, and memorable experiences
• Attend designated events daily to represent our clients' mission and values
• Gain new skill sets through in-person and virtual entry level Account Representative training sessions
• Track campaign performance and help fellow entry level Account Representatives game-plan new strategies for success
• Collaborate with leadership while developing professionally in this entry level role Ideal Account Representative

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field (preferred, not required)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage customers confidently
• A relationship-driven mindset and positive attitude
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
• A desire to grow within an entry level opportunity that rewards effort and consistency Pay: $54,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year
