Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outside sales strategies, including cold calling, networking, and community engagement
• Develop tailored proposals and negotiate terms to close sales effectively, ensuring mutual benefit for clients and the company
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to confidently present solutions that meet customer needs
• Manage sales administration tasks such as tracking leads, updating CRM systems, and preparing sales reports
• Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns that attract new clients and retain existing ones
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and fostering long-term relationships
• Conduct analysis of market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

Requirements

• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively
• Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly desirable
• Demonstrated proficiency in sales administration tools, CRM software, and marketing strategies
• Analytical skills to assess market data, customer needs, and competitive landscape
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment
• Flexibility to engage in telemarketing activities as part of outreach efforts
